What does a typical boat rental include?
Our rentals come with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and simple refreshments. Depending on the service chosen, inclusions can differ — for instance, sunset tours come with premium soft drinks and snacks, while business rentals provide meeting facilities and professional catering options.
When should I make a reservation?
To secure a spot, it's suggested to book roughly 2–3 weeks before your desired date, particularly in the high season from May through September. For business gatherings and personal events, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance can improve availability and give additional time for personal touches.
What if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our foremost concern. If our captain deems the weather hazardous, we will propose rescheduling to an alternative date or provide a full reimbursement. We actively watch the weather forecasts and will reach out to you if the forecast calls for inclement weather 24 hours prior to your booking.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you may bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks aboard. Additionally, we offer excellent food services and can tailor menus to suit your palate. Please be aware that for safety concerns, glass containers are not allowed on the vessel.
Do you have yachts suitable for guests with physical disabilities?
We aim to cater to all guests. Certain yachts in our fleet are more equipped for accessibility than others. Please communicate your specific requirements at the time of booking, and we will suggest the most appropriate vessel and make any necessary arrangements.
What are the terms for cancellation?
Cancellations done 72 hours before the scheduled departure are fully refunded. Those made between 24 to 72 hours in advance are eligible for half a refund. Cancellations under 24 hours before departure do not qualify for a refund unless the reason is poor weather conditions or machinery breakdowns attributable to us.
